Tsunami watch - expected to hit Philippines in next couple hours. Expected to hit north of us in area that was devastated by typhoons this fall. Infrastructure and emergency services are very poor.
We are OK here in Manila, our home is pretty far inland from water. Our helper is from the area that it is expected to be hit hardest. Her family is evacuating and asked for us to pray for them.
Did see note from my cousin James, who is stationed in Japan and he sounded ok. It's still hitting Japan pretty hard, he will keep us updated.
Heard Hawaii is on alert as well, good luck to our family & friends in HI.
