Maligayang Pasko, Manigong bagong taon (Merry Christmas & Happy New Year)

Gosh, I don't even know where to start... December was quite a month - I started it off with a 10 day trip to the states, followed by Adam on 10 day business trip, who returned with Zoe from SLO via LAX, who was here for 3 weeks, then followed by Adam's mom Judy from Mendocino, and then my cousin James from Okinawa Japan. We had a full house (13 including family & staff) for many weeks of fun, food and frolicking!

Let's see. We ate and drank our way around Tagaytay, Manila, Laguna, Makati, Fillinvest and more. Checked out one of the best drag queen shows ever, got mani/pedi's (including Aiden), went to multiple parties, partied at home, club hopped Makati, Santa came to our house Christmas Eve, we played pesos/quarters with Zoe & James, swam, sun, went to Corregidor Island for tour, ate more food, went to multiple museums, shopped till we dropped...then Aiden turned two years old on December 29th - the celebrations were non-stop!

New Years Eve was the first time in at least 11 years that we have gone out to a major party, since Judy & Jan's Millennium party - wow - the party at the Palms had fireworks so up close & personal, we could feel the sparks raining down on us - barely legal but quite exciting!

Thanks to everyone who wished us well for our first holidays abroad as expats and to our family who joined us here in Manila. It was wonderful. 2010 was an amazing year - Zoe graduated & went to Cal Poly, my brother and his beautiful wife were married, we moved abroad for 1st time, we all had international medical experiences, my amazing Papa passed away - there were many challenges and many blessings this year.

Sending peace to you all in 2011 - H-A-S-A (Z-J-J)
