Pamilya Masaya (Family Fun)

Zoe arrived last Monday, she's been here over a week, so is essentially an official expat now. We have spent the days shopping, eating, swimming, lounging, getting spa treatments, making ginger bread houses, eating some more and generally having fun while in the midst of lots of Manila holiday traffic!

Judy arrived on this last Monday and she is still adjusting to the time change but doing quite well. She loves the heat so this is a great climate for her! The little kids are thrilled to have their Grami Judy here for Christmas.

On Christmas day, my cousin James, who is a Marine stationed in Japan, will join us for his week long leave. We are excited to have lots of family with us to celebrate the season. With all the parties, eating, drinking and site seeing, the time is going by quickly.

We spent today in my favorite area, Tagaytay. It is so very beautiful and the volcanos were a site to see as it was an amazingly clear day. We had lunch at my favorite restaurant (besides Maseto in Manila), Sonja's and got a personal tour of the gardens, chickens and said hello to the cow. Adam was able to join us for lunch and the awesome drive out there. On the way home we picked up a buko pie (coconut pie) to try later on.

Tonight, Zoe, Judy, Adam and I are going to Club Muwah! THE drag queen show in Manila - better than the girl-boys of Singapore we've heard. I've been dying to go since my birthday so this will be quite a treat. Not sure if I can take photos...

Hope all of your holidays are going well. Lots of love, light and laughter - H-A-Z-S-A-J
