Headed out to Mendocino for the holiday week - Adam's 20 Year High School Reunion - super fun, great people.
Spent the next day front & center at the Mendocino Hotel for the 4th of July Parade with Grami Judy, Uncle Aaron, Uncle Matt, Uncle Noah & various and sundry friends. Our favorite, yet malodorous, the Seaweed Bikini Contest...
Headed to meet friends at their Air Stream rendezvous in Anchor Bay near the Gualala Area to camp on the beach. However, Aiden proved to be quite intent on throwing himself into the ocean (beautiful 5 ' waves. shore break), hurling himself off the seawall 4', and leaping headlong into the salt pond...the kamikaze runs & re-runs were the last straw for us poor parent types - we called it a day/night, re-packed with haste and went back in-land for a BBQ at our house by 7 PM...
