WOW - we have been so busy, I've barely put any time into the garden this season. I was so impressed with my ROI on my swiss chard from last year, I decided to try some kale. I managed to get some starts in while it was still raining in May, taking advantage of the free water!
So far we have starts of 2 kinds of squash, a couple of lemon cukes, 1 pumpkin and sowed from seed a kale blend, mixed lettuces, carrots, 2 kinds of radishes, 2 types of beets, 2 kinds of basil, borage, calendula and, of course, FIVE different types of sunflowers. BTW - I have 100's of organic mammoth sunflower seeds from last year's harvest - if you would like some/lots, please let me know.
Feels good to dig in the dirt - hope you're enjoying the lovely summer where you are - lots of love & sunflowers - H.
